Lifetime Limited Warranty

Misylo products are built to last, and each one is backed by a lifetime limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of original purchase.

What’s covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the normal performance or durability of the product. If we confirm a defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and cosmetic changes (including minor scratches, scuffs, or patina)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, drops, crushing, or impacts beyond normal use
• Damage from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or non-approved repairs
• Damage from improper cleaning, chemicals, or extreme environments
• Loss, theft, or damage to items stored inside the case

How to make a claim
Email support@misylo.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of what happened. We’ll review the claim, may ask you to send the product in for inspection, and then arrange a repair, replacement, or refund if it qualifies.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
